ProbateHelp gives priority to legislation, courts, Parliament, GOV.UK, HMRC, HMCTS, DWP, the Office of the Public Guardian, HM Land Registry, NHS bodies and responsible devolved authorities.
ProbateHelp Editorial Team is an organisational byline. It does not claim that a named solicitor, accountant or other regulated professional reviewed a page unless that real review is stated.
Professional introductions are considered individually according to location and circumstances. They do not make a provider an editor or reviewer. For will and LPA requests, the initial form permits assessment and contact, and separate confirmation is required before the request is passed on.
Review and date standards
Last reviewed records a genuine page review. Date modified records a material public-page change. A monitoring event or no-change review does not by itself reset the modification date.

Software and AI tools may help identify candidate sources, compare text and test consistency. Their output is not treated as authority and does not replace source verification or editorial judgement.
